notes:
They had started to put the stools on the tables Dumped out the last of the ice And had it been earlier We might have both thought twice Her mind was like a steel trap Full of tension, cruel and cold If she was physically past her prime No one would have called her old You better call her Dr Barton She’s got a PhD Give her the respect she’s due Bow to her degree She probably drips with Perspiration differently I’m sure she removes her clothes More dramatically Her body, half intoxicating Like my glass of diluted I’m half-interested Still worth double the fun She was looking for companionship It turned out I was free She was good for only one thing Maybe make that three
