Some would say he's a nutter Cause he doesn't use butter Charlie Trotter Well he wants you to savor Each ingredient's flavor Charlie Trotter Though his restaurant is always booked My himachi was overcooked Charlie Trotter While the hostess was flirty Every wine glass was dirty Charlie Trotter Some reductions were faulty And the sauces too salty Charlie Trotter Though the dishes improved by the end I can't honestly recommend Charlie Trotter
