Drove up the highway Up to the mountain 5000 feet above the world I took my family In the wagon One cat, one dog and my girl We hit our target The waterfalls Sierra water flowing ice cold 2 gallon buckets One gallons jugs One giant blanket and towels used as rugs The water was cold My toes were numb I feel so old Doing this was dumb I couldn't feel my finger tips I tensed my body So I wouldn't slip and fall I think I broke my lower back I broke my back My lower back Why does the weekend Go by so fast I can't believe What was tomorrow is the past I feel so tired It's time to rest But here it comes Without any warning Oh Shit! It's Monday morning
